SPICY PEPPERED STEAK

SPICY  PEPPERED  STEAK:   

On the table in 30 min
                                                   
INGREDIENTS:

750  g beef fillet steak, sliced thinly
1  tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
1  small (150g) red capsicum, sliced
1  small (150g) green capsicum, chopped finely
6  green onions, chopped
1-1/2  tbsp cornflour
1/2  cup (125ml) water
3  tsp  grated fresh ginger
3  cloves garlic, crushed
2  tbsp soy sauce
1  tsp sesame oil

METHOD:
  • Combine all ingredients in large microwave-safe bowl; mix well. Cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) 10 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
  • Uncover; cook on medium ( 55%) 10 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
