SESAME MUSTARD CHICKEN

SESAME  MUSTARD  CHICKEN:   

On the table in 20 min
                                      
INGREDIENTS:

3/4  cup (110g) sesame seeds
1/2  cup (125ml) sour cream
2  tbsp seeded mustard
1  tsp grated orange rind
4  ( 680g) chicken breast fillets

METHOD:
  • Place sesame seeds in large shallow microwave-safe dish; cook, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) about 7 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring 3 times during cooking.
  • Combine sour cream, mustard, rind and chicken in large bowl; mix well. Toss chicken in seeds, place in single layer, in large shallow microwave-safe dish; cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) about 8 minutes or until cooked through.
