FISH CUTLETS IN HERB TOMATO SAUCE

FISH  CUTLETS  IN  HERB  TOMATO  SAUCE:    

On the table in 25 min
            
INGREDIENTS:

425  g can tomato puree
1  medium ( 150g) onion, chopped finely
1  tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1  tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2  tsp  chopped fresh thyme
1  clove garlic, crushed
2  small chicken stock cubes
1  tsp sugar
4  (1kg) white fish cutlets

METHOD:
  • Combine puree, onion, herbs, garlic, crumbled stock cubes and sugar in large microwave-safe bowl; cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
  • Place fish, in single layer, in large shallow microwave-safe dish; cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) 4 minutes. Pour tomato mixture over fish; cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) about 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
