CRAB AND SWEET CORN SOUP

CRAB  AND  SWEET  CORN  SOUP:    

On the table in 20 min
                                 
INGREDIENTS:

2  tbsp sesame oil
4  green onion, sliced thinly
4  cups ( 1 litre) chicken stock
2 X 310g  cans creamed corn
1  tbsp salt-reduced soy sauce
1   tbsp cornflour
1  tbsp water
250  g cooked or canned crab meat


METHOD:
  • Combine oil and onion in large microwave-safe bowl; cook, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) 1 minutes.  Add stock, corn, sauce, and blended cornflour and water; cook, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) about 10 minutes or until soup boils and thickens slightly, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in shredded crab meat; cook, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) 2 minutes.
