CHICKEN BURRITOS:

INGREDIENTS:
You will need 1 cooked chicken for this recipe.
2-1/2 cups (425g) finely chopped cooked chicken
3 cups (750g) bottled salsa
1/3 cup (80ml) water
8 X 20cm flour tortillas
1 cup (100g)shredded lettuce
1 cup (125g) grated cheddar cheese
1 large (250g) tomato, chopped finely
METHOD:

1 cup (100g)shredded lettuce
1 cup (125g) grated cheddar cheese
1 large (250g) tomato, chopped finely
METHOD:
- Combine chicken, salsa and water in large microwave-safe bowl; cook, covered, on HIGH (100%) 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
- Heat tortillas in microwave, according to directions on the packet.
- Divide chicken mixture among tortillas; top with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Roll up into cigar shapes.
